We are currently looking for a Brand Consultant to join our lovely team in Madrid.
Brand Strategy – Understands how and where to find data sources, Co-ordinates various internal and external data sources – commissions, briefs and manages research. Generates ideas, develops and able to sell in brand strategy with value to clients.
New Business & Networking – An active resource for business development and an active participant/driver in new business pitches, provides research and strategic input as well as writing/adapting proposals to new briefs, contributing to writing creative briefs and presentations. Generates ‘thought pieces for PR and marketing activities to raise networking and profile possibilities..
Strategy – Become the client’s trusted partner in long strategic issues. Able to express persuasive opinions and helps to grow the client business, seeks out and generates add-on business. Able to command attention at mid/senior levels in the client organisation.
Project Management – Able to run strategic projects with limited involvement project management support. Able to document meetings, following up actions, and liaising with the rest of the team on requirements.
Proposal Planning – Support proposal development by taking briefs from clients, writing briefs when necessary and creating project plans in order to scope the work, craft proposals, present them and sell them to the clients.
Team Work – Works well with other disciplines and especially design teams to ensure solutions reflect the agreed strategy. Participates in strategic team meetings with an inclusive approach to get ‘buy in’. Flexible and willing, a proactive team member able to take on different roles as circumstances require.

– Graduate with 3-6 years experience in a related field (brand consulting, marketing)
– Confident and articulate

– Organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Able to be creative and strategic
– Reliable, hard working and enthusiastic
